Miles was very personable, pleasant, made you very comfortable, seemed to know what he was talking about because he was with another technician. And I've had EMGs before and they've been horrendous and this was very good. So he did a great job. Good idea wasn't explaining to me like what this means. I could have nerve damage, but I don't, I mean, all he said was it matches what's going on on the MRI in my neck. So, you know, I figured that's all I'm supposed to know. I don't know. But other than that, he was very, very nice, very personable, and very kind, very reassuring. And when you have an EMG, you really need that because it could be a nasty test. So thank you.

I feel I was treated with courtesy and concern and through answers to my questions.

Doc.Bonner shows compassion. I came to see him i had a glitch n he took care of it..

Dr Bonner was great. I appreciated him explaining everything about the procedure step-by-step. It was also appreciated that I was able to discuss with him my recent hip X-ray, resultant issue and follow on with orthopedics. It was nice to hear another opinion that aligned with ortho and supported my planned way forward.

Awesome staff. Everyone polite. They were able to get me scheduled for a pain injection quickly. Didn't feel rushed during my visit and was able to have all my questions answered.

Dr.Bronner is a very skilled,caring intelligent Dr.

For the first time and over a year with the same consistent health issue I felt comfortable that the health plan provided may result or at least the problem of what's causing the pain in my hip back and leg.. I love the way he showed me the x-rays and explain how we came to the result of injections and MRI and that particular area that I've been complaining about for over a year. I feel like I finally was Heard despite my many attempts to express this ongoing problem previously with other physicians.

Well, the location's great. It's easy to get to and the doctor was wonderful and I have no complaints. It was my very first visit, but I'm almost 80 and I've been to a lot of doctors for my bones and he's just, I know he's going to fix me up. It was great.

the dr was one of the best i've had in my lifetime and I'm 80 yrs old. And the nurse that took my blood pressure was extremely pleasant. I need to get an MRI and because i have a pacemaker the place down stairs don't do it so i wondering what to do SJRadiology can't give me one till Feb3 2026

Both doctors were very thorough and explained everything during the test. I was very pleased with the neurology department at Cooper. That is a good department.

Dr Bonner was exceptional. He maintained eye contact throughout the entire visit, this goes a long way in earning my respect and trust. So many doctors are so fixated on their computers that they hardly look at you when speaking. Dr Bonner was also very knowledgeable and was able to communicate medical terms with ease. Just because I'm a patient does not mean that I am fluent in medical-eese. Dr Bonner is a wonderful doctor and communicator, a lot of other doctors could learn from him
