    I loved meeting with PA-C Mysty. It's refreshing to see a young female provider close to my own age. She was very kind, thoughtful, helpful and thorough. When I told her about how a previous provider I saw for the same GI issues was rude and very dismissive to me she was quick to sympathize and made sure I felt comfortable and heard. She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my issues and confident in what steps we need to take to get answers.

    I as a patient would like to have a phone call from my physician with my Crohn's disease to call me and verify how I'm feeling when they get my test results after drawing my blood and imaging as we'll like a call back within 24 hours and it hasn't been 24 hours so I would like for the positions or their staff to get in touch with me if I have an abnormal blood work issue thank you so kindly I love your service I just want more concern about the concern for the patient to keep them posted with any negative testing..

    I made an appointment to see an endocrinologist, but I ended up with Mysty Chacko, who was great, but she even asked why did I make an appointment if I have a thyroid problem with a gastro. So anyway, she talked me into getting a colonoscopy, and we discussed why my ALT was high. it was very helpful, but that is not why I wanted to go there. the call center messed something up. that was very disappointing.
