I loved meeting with PA-C Mysty. It's refreshing to see a young female provider close to my own age. She was very kind, thoughtful, helpful and thorough. When I told her about how a previous provider I saw for the same GI issues was rude and very dismissive to me she was quick to sympathize and made sure I felt comfortable and heard. She was very knowledgeable and understanding about my issues and confident in what steps we need to take to get answers.

She is an excellent professional and very dedicated to her work and her patients.

This was an excellent appointment. The PA was very knowledgeable. Her student assistant was great. They knew I was upset about my medical condition and they really explained everything about my problem. They seemed to really care. I left feeling greatly relieved.

I made an appointment to see an endocrinologist, but I ended up with Mysty Chacko, who was great, but she even asked why did I make an appointment if I have a thyroid problem with a gastro. So anyway, she talked me into getting a colonoscopy, and we discussed why my ALT was high. it was very helpful, but that is not why I wanted to go there. the call center messed something up. that was very disappointing.

My PA and staff members were all very professional and courteous. It made my first visit to the Moorestown Campus a very pleasant experience.
