Dr. Kolia was great; however, it was my first visit. I don't know him yet. I felt very comfortable with him, though, and I was satisfied with his assessment of my concerns. He suggested treatment and that I should see him again in 6 months. I most definitely will.

Hi, yes, you guys have done really well in getting the patient in and out straight to the point. I really like that. No wasting time or holding punches. I appreciate that. The only thing I think that you guys could work on is like if a patient is in severe need of constant going to the hospital, that it need to be maybe put up as more important and being seen more sooner, like an appointment setting within less than 24 hours or 24 hours to 48 hours, you know, because people have high health experiences nowadays, especially myself. That would be greatly appreciated. By the next, superb. Thank you so much.
