My provider had a very good bed side manner and requested me to see another Dr which I will but like the last 6 months I have left out of every Drs office feeling like I wanted to remove my leg just to stop the constant pain... Pain to the touch, pain if I have my leg down or elevated, pain if heat or ice, the feeling of being electrocuted all day everyday, throbbing burning pain, feeing like bugs are crawling on me.. I just need help.. I feel like I'm losing my mind..

The experience was good from start to finish.

I can tell you this that my experience was personalized in a way that made me feel quite comfortable especially with the calls I received from a staff member and not a computerized telecom. There is a GOD AMEN! !

The signage was not very good on the campus, it needs to give clearer directions as far as where to go. With that being said, while I was lost and confused a staff member saw me and asked where I needed to go. She didn't just tell me, she showed me the way! I am highly impressed with friendliness, care and concern of every employee I encountered

K have always been treated with respect. If it ever happened I will ask for the person in charge and tell what happened.

Nakia Henry is an amazing provider. I have POTS and one of the things that she really helps with is making sure that I'm comfortable and in the right position when she's doing the Botox. And she's so sweet and talks me through the whole thing. And there's been times where I needed to take a break and she's very respectful of that and just all in all an excellent provider.

The doctor, with delicacy and clarity, touched on the subject of my health condition and I liked her expression, information.

I feel that Ms. Henry is very capable, very caring, and very knowledgeable. No one knew about my stroke and she found it. So I'm very, very thankful for her. Thank you.
