I just had an amputation. It could have been very scary but my reaction was much calmer than I expected. For the first time since 2002 I am without agonizing pain and do not require an opioid to exist. Thank you for your superb support!

The only thing, it's very hard to get an appointment. They did move me up a little bit, but I do appreciate that. Every time I see Natalie, she goes above and beyond. She has a way of instantly putting me at ease and making me feel cared for in a genuine way. It's not just her kindness, but the attention and compassion she shows that makes such a difference. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shines through in how she treats people. I honestly wish she were a family doctor, because I'd want all of my loved ones to experience the same comfort and care I do with her. Natalie is truly special, and Cooper is so lucky to have her.

Dr. Natalie is very informative, patient, considerate of pain. Helpful with communicating the processes that must be endured for healing.

The staff at the entrance were very welcoming and helpful. I arrived early since I wasn't too familiar with the location, but check-in was smooth and efficient. I was called back shortly after. The medical assistant was pleasant and attentive, carefully checking my vitals and reviewing my chart. I waited less than five minutes before the physician came in. The physician explained everything thoroughly and made me feel comfortable and confident about moving forward with the next step of my treatment.

Every time I have an appointment with Natalie Wills I am always more at ease. Just like I told her in the beginning of our appointment, I was nervous but excited to see her and follow up my status with her. She always makes me feel comfortable and is always very welcoming with a great smile and is very personable as well. If I could have her as my primary doctor, I would have her and my whole family go to her as well. Cooper is very lucky to have her on staff and I really appreciate her being so genuine and caring every time I see her.

This was my first appt. at this facility but I was greeted courteous. I have another appt coming up with Dr.Will coming in April.

I live over an hour away,but I would rather go because the love everyone gives.
