Professional Statement
I grew up in a very small, rural community in northern New Jersey where one Family Medicine physician took care of everyone. I always admired his ability to make every patient feel as though their particular issue was his specialty, be it a tearful infant with a cough, an adult female struggling with a pregnancy issue, or an elderly male with hypertension. I find the challenge of interacting, building rapport, and caring for patients across different age groups to be emotionally and intellectually stimulating on a daily basis. Family Medicine also allows me to form long term relationships with my patients (and their families). I look forward to meeting you so we can work together to not only meet, but surpass your health goals!

Dr N chase was awesome and easy to talk to about personal issues

I waited about an hour to see the doctor. But I wasnt updated about the delay until I went out into the hall to complain. I'm just suggesting the medical assistants be advised to keep patients informed of why there are long delays. They were helpful once I expressed displeasure. Dr Chase was excellent and well worth the wait. Very friendly , apologized, listened , was not rushed and thorough. She needs a permanent location with her own patients!

I enjoy being help by Dr Chase she did a really good job at checking me out and explaining things to me that was the first time I ever had her and I would see her again if I had to. So thank you Dr Chase for helping me I really appreciate it.

This was my first time with Dr Chase and I loved meeting her. I actually asked if I could request her next time, but they told me she wasn't permanently assigned anywhere yet so I couldn't. I'd love to have her as my PCP.
