Nicole made a really uncomfortable, emotional, and difficult experience so much better. I actually felt like I was being heard and being provided information in a means that I could easily understand. She took her time to review my labs with me and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. I have not felt this relieved in years. Her MA and the front office staff were also wonderful and kind.

Everyone showed a lot of care

I thought everyone in the office was very nice, very sweet. I was very nervous because I'm an older woman and I thought it was going to be all young, not so nice women, but I was wrong. Nicole was wonderful, explained everything. Everybody, the receptionist, it was just a good, good experience. And I would, yes, come back again.

I love Nicole Parone I followed her from university of Pennsylvania to Cooper she is an excellent provider and I enjoyed seeing her.

I basically really loved the doctor. She was very, like, she explained things very well so I knew what was happening because, you know, things don't be explained too well, you know, most times. The only issue I really had was the lady in the front desk. I walked in and I stood in front of her for about five minutes. She was still on her phone texting, wasn't really paying me any attention, still standing there waiting. And then finally, I had to say something for her to know who I was and why I was checking in because for some reason she just didn't care. But other than that, I feel like everyone else were very respectful, very understanding, very much told me what I needed to know and helped me out. Weren't mean. Yeah. And they helped me out very much as they should. But.

I recently had an appointment with Nicole Parone and had the best experience I've ever had with a physician. I was in perimenopause and now in surgical menopause. I've struggle for the past year trying to find relief for my agonizing symptoms. She was the only physician I've been to that understood and gave me resources and medications to help. I've had to go to companies like Winona to get the HRT medication I desperately needed. Now I can confidently say Cooper is the only women's health facility I will ever go to. I have many friends going through the same experience and I will be referring all of them to Nicole. Thank you for truly listening and being an advocate for women's health. We need more of you.

Hi there, I always have the same thing. Always to say. I always always have a pleasant time when I'm at the doctors office. Everyone is so happy and friendly. They're very efficient. They go out of their way to make sure that you're OK if there's anything they can help you with I absolutely have no complaints at all and I prefer them to family and friends. As a matter of fact, my family has been going to Cooper doctors and Cooper hospital for years and years. I'd say 30+ years we love you guys and we appreciate all your hard work from all the staff

I was there as a new patient after moving recently, I spoke with my provider about a decade-long, ongoing issue I've been having. She provided new insight, support, and did everything she could to get me answers that visit!

I just met this provider briefly, but she was very nice. Seemed comfortable giving exams and answering questions.
