From the time I walked in and went to check in desk, everyone was friendly and kind. I think I had Chandra I don't remember how she spelled her name but she was training someone. What a pleasure to speak with her. Nicole the PA was happy to see me. I haven't seen her in 5 months but she remembered my husband past away and she took the time to answer all my questions about knee replacement. She was not rushed and she didn't rush me. I love Nicole and I hope you know what a wonderful PA she is. Dr. Shilling is lucky to have an assistant who is quite knowledgeable about Orthopedics.

Nicole is a wonderful, kind, caring APN She is very active with my care of my right TKR which is a year old This visit was about my L TKR which has been injured from a fall. She was able to find an appt so I could see her. She took very good care of the knee and as always she cares about me as a person

We have seen Nicole Martino on an ongoing basis and have even gotten our daughter to see her. We are extremely pleased with the way she treats us, with how easy it is to get an appointment and if we have any questions using the MyChart is wonderful. We are Cooper people from years and years ago and were not the care excellent we would have moved on but we are extremely pleased with Cooper and the doctors that we see.
