Friendly, caring and helpful staff and everyone worked together very well and very informative with my care and steps to take going forward

This was my 1st visit EVER with Dr.Patel.She is amazing.She is caring, concerned and sat down with me, not rushing me as many doctors do , and gave me total full care and her time. I go to many doctors including specialist and she is at the top of my list for a great doctor that takes your concerns and formulates a plan of care without pushing you off to a specialist. I really was not going to go that day because I've been sick 3 weeks off and on and usually I get brushed off to "give it another week or so" so I thought it may be a waste of time but was presently surprised that she listen to my story of me being immunosuppressed with MS infushion medications and orders me labs, x ray and meds to help push me back to better heath and orders x rays to rule out pneumonia and TB...I must say I get brushed aside by so many doctors because I'm immunosuppressed from medication that I'm very thankful to have seen a doctor like her and just wish there were more TOP DOCTORS like her...Too often patients will fill one of these out of they weren't happy and not if they were satisfied and I just want her to know if she gets this...Thank you....she is truly a great doctor and I would know because prior to getting sick, I worked as a RN....so with working in a hospital and also being a patient, I know how hard it is to find a great doctor...she may have 200 patients but she gave me her time like I was the only one for that moment and I truly appreciate her for that...Thank you
