Great experience!

This was my first visit with Dr. Shearer. She was compassionate and understanding. I have been telling family and friends how wonderful she treated me. What a jewel.

Front desk person wasn't too friendly but the medical assistant was phenomenal! She explained everything to a tee. Was professional, empathetic just overall amazing. Dr was more than wonderful. She listened, cared, offered suggestions to help with my issues. She will definitely be referred to my friends and family.

My MA that day was amazing and had the best personality. I'm upset I forgot her name! And Dr. Nina Shearer is amazing!

This doctor was extremely informative, which I really appreciated. She took the time to explain a lot to me. Felt very comfortable with her, specifically. I have had issues with some other doctors in that specific location which made me not want to go back, however the provider I got was amazing this time around.

Awesome Dr. Soo kind and gentle Explained every part of the exam and made me feel like I was very important and that my health matters The MA who roomed and triaged me was the absolute sweetest and friendliest MA I have had in a long time!!! I was a bit nervous for my appt and she made me feel very calm I love the office staff as they explained my insurance and were extremely helpful with arranging my next appt for me

My appointment was the most enjoyable on/gyn appointment I ever had. Everyone was friendly and courteous from the time I entered the lobby until I left. Everything was timely and convenient, adequately prepped, and very clean. I was treated with respect, kindness, and laughed a lot being totally at ease. I even left the appointment with pointers about skin moisturizer upon telling the doctor about my eczema, which she was not obligated to do, and I truly appreciate it. I will definitely recommend and refer!

First time seeing Dr. Shaerer and I was very pleased with how I was treated . Had a few questions afte I left and used the portal to send a message. This was answered in a very timely manner.

Ratings based on this being the only/first visit with this provider thus far. Was afraid of being unable to find a good doctor in this specialty, but was very happy with the professionalism, knowledge, initiative, and emotional intelligence of the provider. Highly recommended! Additionally, one of the schedulers took must have taken the initiative to put me on a wait list, and patiently figured out the perfect time/date for me!

I appreciated the kind and warm environment including the front desk admin and the medical assistants. Dr. Shearer is the first OB/Gyn doctor I felt instantly comfortable with. Her questions to get to know me made me feel like I could ask her more questions about things I didn't understand. She showed extensive knowledge about fertility. She was also very gentle and communicative during the exam. I very much appreciated her specific recommendations of next-steps in trying to conceive.

Dr Nina Shearer and the nurse and the staff are very friendly and kind people I really like them and the facility. Definitely I will recommend my family and friends. The facility is little far away my home but I like it so much
