I saw the nurse practitioner because my Doctor didn't have any openings. She was concise and very knowledgeable. Also she made sure I was comfortable. I was able to get my flu shot, same day.

Dr. Phillips was concerned about my blood pressure but she said it could've been because I was sick but she wanted me to come back to check on it which show that she cared about me thank you

This was My first initial appointment with her , but I must say I was very pleased and look forward to being a patient of hers. She listened and I can tell that she cares for her patients. Thank you for bring her to Cooper .

Always a positive experience

Dr. Phillips was absolutely outstanding. She explained to me and brought to my attention how my medication would be more beneficial when taking at a certain time. Also, that a form of exercise, preferably walking, nothing too rigorous would be good. Even though I have a MyChart account and a summary of my visit, I found it caring on her part to provide my 'blood pressure' numbers on a piece of paper, 'NOW THAT'S GOOD BEDSIDE MANOR'!! !

I'm very pleased with Nivea Phillips. I've never been as pleased with any other provider. She has helped me in times of distress and when I was going through a positive result with my colon results and she helped calm me down she guide me through. I would recommend her to any of my associates or friends.

Everyone was patient and caring starting with the intake person

I had such a pleasant visit, starting with the receptionist who checked me in. She was able to get my information. I didn't have my license at the time. She was like, oh, just come back in a second, and she took me right away. And then the LPN who escorted me to the back, she was very nice, very great conversation. And then Ms. Phillips came in, and she just blew me, like, out of the water. It was just an amazing experience to have a doctor or nurse practitioner sit there and explain the results with you, ease your anxiety, tell you what we're going to do with next steps, and if this doesn't happen, this is what we'll do as an alternative. So it was just a pleasure. Even going to the checkout to get my additional, my follow-up appointment, that lady, I wouldn't call her a representative, but she was, like, ideal as well. I had just an awesome experience. The only one I would say was a little rough around the edges was

Dr Nivea is best primary care I have ever seen. Attention to details and care for me was her priority. I have never been given information as she did. I just recommended her to a friend.

My experience with Dr.Nivia Phillips was met with the criteria I look for in a physician namely personal care and attention through out my visit.

Finally, they have a doctor who actually likes what she does. She is Dr. Nivia, an excellent doctor.

It was well worth my time being there. From the moment I came in the person who signed me in treated like a celebrity,the nurse who got me was a total joy to meet so early on Saturday morning,and the doctor who saw me was a delight. Everything that visit was like a dream. I was glad to be there.

This is the first time meeting with this doctor. My primary physician for years left the practice. She made me feel comfortable and asked questions about my history. I will probably meet with her again.

This was my first visit with Ms Phillips. She was very good with explaining the situation I was in. She took her time and gave me a chance to ask questions. She told me that I could always come back to her or keep my appointment in Moorestown in June with a vascular doctor, I will go to Moorestown because I have the appointment. But I did like Ms Phillips and would not hesitate to ask for her again. (Dr Chinn was out of the office this week,)
