Hi, so with Nivia Phillips, the experience was actually amazing. We were very upset that we haven't, you know, had a provider like her before, and we were hoping that we could see her because she had explained everything so well, and even our test results from years ago, she had explained and how that was related to how it was doing now. And she explained all these things that no one had actually ever explained to us. You know, so it was kind of upsetting that we hadn't had this level of care before, you know, that we did a lot of things that we didn't know that were going on before. We had no clue about the disc bulging in the back and all this stuff because all I was told was

The nurse practitioner, Nivia, was exceptional. She is one of the best that I've seen in 20 years that I've been coming to Cooper. She was attentive, professional, and extremely caring and compassionate. She took the time to listen to me carefully. She took the time to explain what might be going on, and then she took the time to explain the referrals and why she was making the referrals. Most of all, she was very patient, and the visit was not rushed. In the past, my visits with previous Cooper doctors are always very rushed. My experience with cooperative health has been good. My problem is having to get into MyChart. I don't understand how to get to the site to get the information.

The provider was excellent, very knowledgeable, competent and seemed to actually care. The covering manager and the medical assistant for that day was also excellent. However, the staff member that schedules follow up appointments and prints out forms and referrals had a very uncaring and unapproachable attitude with an evident sarcastic smirk on her face.

Dr. Phillips was absolutely outstanding. She explained to me and brought to my attention how my medication would be more beneficial when taking at a certain time. Also, that a form of exercise, preferably walking, nothing too rigorous would be good. Even though I have a MyChart account and a summary of my visit, I found it caring on her part to provide my 'blood pressure' numbers on a piece of paper, 'NOW THAT'S GOOD BEDSIDE MANOR'!! !

She has helped me in times of distress and when I was going through a positive result with my colon results and she helped calm me down she guide me through. Everyone was patient and caring starting with the intake person

I had such a pleasant visit, starting with the receptionist who checked me in. She was able to get my information. I didn't have my license at the time. She was like, oh, just come back in a second, and she took me right away. And then the LPN who escorted me to the back, she was very nice, very great conversation. And then Ms. Phillips came in, and she just blew me, like, out of the water. It was just an amazing experience to have a doctor or nurse practitioner sit there and explain the results with you, ease your anxiety, tell you what we're going to do with next steps, and if this doesn't happen, this is what we'll do as an alternative. So it was just a pleasure. Even going to the checkout to get my additional, my follow-up appointment, that lady, I wouldn't call her a representative, but she was, like, ideal as well. I had just an awesome experience. The only one I would say was a little rough around the edges was

Dr Nivia Phillips understood the mental and physical issues I was dealing with my skin condition, hidrintitis. I actually stripped my clothing for her to see exactly the pain I was going through. She felt my pain hopefully the perscription s she recommended will help reduce my pain and give ne comfort.

Dr Phillips was one of a kind in a perfect way. She explained every test she had ordered for me. I've been coming to this clinic for over 20 years. I'm very comfortable coming Here.Providers are very helpful. I was sad when Dr. Lloyd left, but I picked a new doctor. Everything's fine and I'm happy that the clinic is close to my house.

Finally, they have a doctor who actually likes what she does. She is Dr. Nivia, an excellent doctor.

It was well worth my time being there. From the moment I came in the person who signed me in treated like a celebrity,the nurse who got me was a total joy to meet so early on Saturday morning,and the doctor who saw me was a delight. Everything that visit was like a dream. I was glad to be there.

Dr Nivea is best primary care I have ever seen. Attention to details and care for me was her priority. I have never been given information as she did. I just recommended her to a friend.
