Dr. Tong is one of the best providers I ever had, one of the best neurologists I've ever seen, the best care I've ever been given, the best advice. She goes above and beyond to make sure that I'm taken care of, help me get my medication refilled. So like I said, Dr. Tong is the best provider I've ever had, and Cooper is doing a great job with her. Thank you very much.

I just love her! She explains things in a manner which is easy to understand which in turn decreased my worries about some lab abnormalities. I am very blessed to have her as my Neurologist.

I actually feel like I might get treatment for the first time in this decade long journey. Even though Dr. Thon and Dr. Chaudhri straight up said they have no idea why I'm having these symptoms, I have never felt more like they are going to do everything in their power to figure it out. I was so ready to give up and be miserable for the rest of my life. Even though it feels like there is more unknowns than there was before the visit, I haven't felt more seen and like there is hope in figuring out what this is and then being put on the correct treatment for whatever it is. The only thing I'm upset about is I might never get both Dr. Chaudhri and Dr. Thon together again because of resident rotations. They worked so well together. I loved how it felt like an academic space where ideas could flow and everyone was being heard. It felt like everyone was being heard even though there was 5 people in the room. I also want to note that Dr. Chaudhri impressed my dad and my dad commented that he will be an amazing neurologist. Overall, everyone walked out of that appointment feeling like it wasn't a waste of time which should be a no brainer when you go to the doctor's (pun intended), but that is how most appointments and hospital visits have felt in the past.

Treat you like a person and not a disease. You are allowed to be yourself. The doctor tells you a plan and lets you tweet it so both needs and responsibilities are met like a group project.. I like having input with my health care.

The tests conducted by Dr. Olga and her Resident were more extensive and really helped me understand how & why my condition contributed to the symptoms I had experienced. They both took their time explaining everything and the course of treatment we needed to pursue. I am very grateful for the care Dr. Olga gives me I am blessed to have her as my doctor. I absolutely love Dr. Thon. She is absolutely patient with all my questions and all of my concerns. She's very knowledgeable in regards to concerns and issues that I have. Every time I meet with her, she sits down with me and she gets as close as possible and she truly listens to my complaints and concerns I might have with medication or timing between scans or anything like that. I was very late as my GM transmission died just 5 miles from Cooper's Office. But as luck would have it, there was a cancellation 15 minutes after I arrived, so I was able to be seen! Dr. Olga Thon is hands down, the best Neurologist I have ever seen. No other has taken the time & efforts to study all my prior imaging/reports and history in navigating the complexities of my conditions with not only kindness and compassion but with the patience and determination to discover the sources of my deficits and direction on the best ways to move forward. Her knowledge and expertise is far above and beyond any that I've ever encountered in the past and to find a Doctor with such a high level of dedication to their Specialty is not only refreshing and reassuring but a comfort to know they understand and are there for you. She is truly a Treasure and a Blessing and I do hope she stays with Cooper for years to come. Respectfully, KP

Wow what an experience. The visit was the first time the doctors listened to all my concerns and asked questions which reminded me of things I forgot to say about my situation. I feel confident that I will finally get a correct diagnosis.

Although I answered the first question, "No," I found out later that I DID get a message about Dr. Olga being delayed when I checked my E-mails. I just couldn't see that message while I was in the video waiting room. Once Dr. Olga and I connected, the visit went extremely well.

Dr. Thon was very passionate about what she does. She took her time and explained everything clearly. Great bedside manner. I really liked how she talked to me and my husband (he's sick) like people instead of I'm the doctor and your the patient this is what I have to say to you about your problems. If I could give higher then 10 I would. Cooper neurology is an exceptional and passionate department. Thank you

Recently got diagnosed with MS & was a bit nervous & from beginning to the very end of my visit everyone treated me so kind. The provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate about what she does. Love it and i picked The best hospital for my treatment.

Overall I think the staff did an excellent job.
