Treat you like a person and not a disease. You are allowed to be yourself. The doctor tells you a plan and lets you tweet it so both needs and responsibilities are met like a group project.. I like having input with my health care.

I actually feel like I might get treatment for the first time in this decade long journey. Even though Dr. Thon and Dr. Chaudhri straight up said they have no idea why I'm having these symptoms, I have never felt more like they are going to do everything in their power to figure it out. I was so ready to give up and be miserable for the rest of my life. Even though it feels like there is more unknowns than there was before the visit, I haven't felt more seen and like there is hope in figuring out what this is and then being put on the correct treatment for whatever it is. The only thing I'm upset about is I might never get both Dr. Chaudhri and Dr. Thon together again because of resident rotations. They worked so well together. I loved how it felt like an academic space where ideas could flow and everyone was being heard. It felt like everyone was being heard even though there was 5 people in the room. I also want to note that Dr. Chaudhri impressed my dad and my dad commented that he will be an amazing neurologist. Overall, everyone walked out of that appointment feeling like it wasn't a waste of time which should be a no brainer when you go to the doctor's (pun intended), but that is how most appointments and hospital visits have felt in the past.

The tests conducted by Dr. Olga and her Resident were more extensive and really helped me understand how & why my condition contributed to the symptoms I had experienced. They both took their time explaining everything and the course of treatment we needed to pursue. I am very grateful for the care Dr. Olga gives me I am blessed to have her as my doctor. Thank you for the opportunity to share this with you.

I had to drive a distance, but the Dr. and staff were very professional, caring, and understandable. Will look forward to my next visit

Dr. Thon is wonderful. She listens to me and she is very attentive. She explains everything.

I absolutely love Dr. Thon. She is absolutely patient with all my questions and all of my concerns. She's very knowledgeable in regards to concerns and issues that I have. Every time I meet with her, she sits down with me and she gets as close as possible and she truly listens to my complaints and concerns I might have with medication or timing between scans or anything like that. I was very happy. I've seen a [Date] doz. Providers in 5 & 1/2 years & she is the only one who not only talked to me about another medicine, but seems to be going through with our trying it.

Although I answered the first question, "No," I found out later that I DID get a message about Dr. Olga being delayed when I checked my E-mails. I just couldn't see that message while I was in the video waiting room. Once Dr. Olga and I connected, the visit went extremely well.

Recently got diagnosed with MS & was a bit nervous & from beginning to the very end of my visit everyone treated me so kind. The provider was very knowledgeable and compassionate about what she does. Love it and i picked The best hospital for my treatment.

The excellence was my dr only

This was my first time at Cooper and with a Cooper Dr. I have received treatment for my condition in Philadelphia at two of the "renowned" teaching hospitals for over 25 years. I thought I had to go to Philly to receive the best care, but I was mistaken. I cannot overstate how surprised I was from the minute I entered the building: cleanliness, bright and beautiful spaces with courteous and immediately responsive employees eager to help and explain matters. On the Neurology floor, I found the same. In the treatment room, the med assistant was very friendly, kind, and informative. The medical student was outstanding. He conducted a very thorough examination and medical history. He was very kind and explained every part of the visit. Next, Dr Thon entered and I immediately felt her warmth, intelligence, compassion, and commitment to caring for me. She conducted a thorough examination, recounted without notes my long medical and family history, and explained things about my disease that had never been explained or identified. I was amazed! We discussed my current condition, treatment plan and next steps. She answered all my questions and concerns. She made me feel like I mattered and was genuinely concerned. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge as well as her ability to explain things clearly. As a result, I am now proudly a patient under Dr Thon's care. Thank you everyone at Cooper for this unbelievable experience. I am so relieved I can find excellent treatment and care so close to home.
