I think you always do really well at the office on Kings Highway where I go and I wish that more providers would follow up with a questionnaire like this. I think we could all use that in health care. So I give you a lot of credit for doing this and I hope you will continue.

I only set up the appointment for a specific purpose and won't be returning to this provider, but my experience with her and the practice was excellent.

Everything was OK. Due to a limited time to spend with a provider, some concerns were forgotten taken care about. But it's OK since I didn't see doctors for a while and I had many health concerns to discuss with a doctor. I already sent a message to doctor to remind her that some concerns I had during a visit were forgotten to manage and I am expecting her response. Shouldn't be an issue I hope

Hello, I was actually quite taken aback with how good my experience was compared to basically my whole life. And I felt like the doctor was extremely engaged, asked the question that went into detail. Just everything was just pretty above and beyond, like super exceeds my expectations. still talk about it, even though it's been a few days after my appointment. And I'm, you know, really happy with my session, you know, my time with my doctor during my appointment, and I'm really happy that I found her.
