I felt this Dr was exceptional! She went above and beyond to help me figure out my problem. Was very personable. I can't say one thing about her that is negative, everything is positive as it could be. What a great dr! !

Dr. Keita was so professional, respectful and showed genuine concern for my health and well-being. She was kind, patient and took her time getting to know me. She was non-judgmental despite the age difference, as I'm old of enough to be her mother.

It was a warm and welcoming experience from the time I entered the building to when I completed my visit. I felt comfortable and heard during my office visit.

Cooper's Moorestown campus is one of the nicest healthcare facilities I've ever been to. Though I wasn't seen until about 20 mins after my appointment time, I didn't mind waiting in the lobby, which was really nice and calm. I did not receive contact from Cooper within 72 hours of submitting my appointment request form (as states ln the website), but the scheduling team was very kind and responsive once I reached out via phone. Dr. Keita and her nurse were both super nice, personable, communicative, and knowledgeable. I feel like I have an OBGYN I can really trust in Dr. Keita

Excellent location. Well maintained

During my experience for my appointment, everything was lovely. My doctor and my medical assistant both made me feel comfortable. They both were very professional and they both were very kind. The doctor made me feel very comfortable, which I'm not used to, so I definitely will refer her to someone else as well. And I also said the medical assistant was great, but I really, really appreciate this doctor's capability to make me feel comfortable.

I love my doctor/provider. I won't ever stop seeing her. I love this campus. Cooper is amazing

It was my first time seeing Dr. Keita. I really like her and will see her again next year. She took her time with me and listened to my concerns. I also really liked the doctors assistant who took my vitals. I dont remember her name but she was so nice to me and made me feel less nervous. I have to find out her name.

Very professional, polite timely. This was my first visit and I was very impressed by the doctor in the staff. I did tell others about how great she is. I'm glad I got to her and she took good care of me. Kudos to the doctor and her staff.

Best experience I have had in decades. She was very attentive, explained everything really well, actually inadvertently made me realize where my other care providers fall short. 10/10!! Dr Keita is the standard.

She made me feel very comfortable

This was my first visit to this location, and it was amazing. From the building to the staff, overall, a great place to have an appointment. I was also surprised to go upstairs to the radiology department to schedule my ultrasound immediately after my appointment. All in all, great experience. I am a Supervisor of Billing for Cooper, so I was looking for all of the things we see in the billing department. This location followed all the guidelines for billing!

I thought Dr. Kida was very professional, very kind, very knowledgeable, and she went over everything with me. I was very, very, very pleased. I like Dr. Kida a lot.

IAlthough I wasn't told about the delay ahead of time, once I was seen, it was explained they were running behind and apologized. The visit was very informative. The young doctor put me at ease as it had been some time since my last visit. They seemed very caring as I was experiencing some discomfort.

Amazing

Everybody was very kind and compassionate. I was impressed that my doctor took the extra time with me when she found out I was pregnant even though it was delaying her. Her kindness was so greatly appreciated and I know if my own appointment is ever delayed it is only because another patient needed some extra TLC.
