It was easy to get an appointment, and it was notified periodically of earlier times as they became available The facility is A-one and so is the staff.

Pam was very knowledgeable and thorough. I was very impressed.

The lab experience was also excellent.

All of my concerns were heard and when the Medicaid company did not approve one procedure, the doctor was able to get another procedure to get the procedure actually completed. And any questions I had, she was able to answer my questions and explain things to me and have a clear understanding of what's going on with me and why certain things have to be done. And I am very satisfied.

Very nice and informative conversation very professional and open getting to know me, asking questions about my visit. Went over how long ago I had my colonoscopy done, and well explained what's going on with symptoms in my stomach. Thank Pam for your time and best advice! Tell Dr Tofani I was asking for her! Everyone was very professional, nice, and helpful. The difficulty making an appointment wasn't the offoce's falt; I requested appointments online from the main Cooper site twice and was never contacted. My GP had to reach out to get me this appointment.

I felt truly cared for and, most importantly, felt heard by the provider and front staff. Their kindness and compassion really showed. The small gestures really mean a lot. Also, though it was in a mall, the Moorestown campus was BEAUTIFUL and so clean!

I'm happy with the overall experience from quality of care to location of the facility in my area (moorestown). I recently started to consolidate my care givers into the Cooper system. I chose Cooper for two reasons; After a heart cath at the hospital in Camden, I was very impressed with the staff & care. Second the building of the Moorestown facility minutes from my home made the choice easy. An additional bonus is Cooper in Cape May Court House, we spend a significant amount of time at the shore ( hopefully we won't need it )
