I felt truly cared for and, most importantly, felt heard by the provider and front staff. Their kindness and compassion really showed. The small gestures really mean a lot. Also, though it was in a mall, the Moorestown campus was BEAUTIFUL and so clean!

I do believe that everyone at Cooper, from the time that I arrived to the time I left, everyone was very courteous. Checking in was very, very courteous. Dr. Pam as I call her because I cannot pronounce her last name but when I went for my appointment, I thought I would have to have a colonoscopy because of the symptoms I thought I was having but she is so thorough and what she does that I left there feeling 100% better than walking in earlier I am so glad that she is my doctor.

Everyone was professional. Did not wait long at all before I was called for my appointment; actually early. I was very happy about that.
