Dr. Traisak is always prepared and thorough during my visits. She listens carefully and takes time to discuss or answer questions. Very nice staff in the office, too.

Check in staff member corrected the spelling of my name on my account. I am now on Medicare since I retired & name didn't match when I went to get bloodwork last month from script Dr sent. Dr listened to my concerns being on prednisone.

I was worried about the reviews I read, everyone saying the staff is horrible and even the doctor wasn't great, but I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was and how thorough the doctor was. She listened and ordered all the bloodwork I needed. The phlebotomist was maybe a little grumpy but her technique was flawless. I literally felt NOTHING when she stuck me.

My health provider did a great job. She went above and beyond because even though it seems it may not be to her profession what's going on with me, she said she wants to check a bunch of things. She had a bunch of questions and she even gave me some information about things that's not pertaining to her profession that she knew about, which was very helpful. And she had a listening ear. So I think that she did a great job As she continues, she's going to be even better. So thank you very much.

Always a great experience

It is always so pleasant to spend time with Dr. Traisak. She is very easy to talk to her, and very thorough in going over your medical chart. I'm happy that she is my Rheumatologist.

The provider always make sure i understand. She explain all test that i have done. Even listen when i have something to say about my health that dont nesseccary fit in her displine and directs me to the right displine. I leave her office calm heard and reasured. She looks up thing with me that will make my life more comfortable. Being that my disability is for life.

Dr. Trizek is quite excellent when it comes to listening. She also explains things in a very common vernacular way, so it's easy to understand. So her communication skills are top shelf. And well, my arthritis is slowly getting better and better. No more creaking, so they're doing a good job. They get my vote. I guess that's it. Now, how do you send this thing Do you hang up Do you push pound sign Do you push one Come on, tell me what to do, you miserable machine.

I have recommended Dr to many people, already she is Dr to 3 of us just in our neighborhood and is considered OUR DR!

I had a good experience

My provider knows me as a person and not just a patient. She listens very intently to what I have to say. She always checks my chart to question any past concern and addresses any new ones. She looks at my labs even ones that she didn't order to make sure my labs are good and if there not she talks to me about how they affect my condition and suggests I do a follow up with whoever I need to. That in itself reassure me that my overall health is important to her and not just her discipline. So when you're always dealing with health issues it gives you a hopeful feeling the someone cares.

She was kind caring and very thorough. Took her time and explained everything in laymen's terms.

Well, one of the things you did really well was just to be courteous, kind, talk to me like, you know, I was a decent person. I didn't feel like a new client at all. I felt like, you know, somebody cared, like, you know, I knew him for a while. So if you could do this with all your patience and make him feel as great as I did, then keep up the good work.

It is always a good experience

I feel that Dr. Tracek is a very good doctor. I've had her, I think, for approximately 40 years, 35 years, something like that. And I think probably when I started being her patient, I think she was quite young. I'm not sure exactly, but maybe in her 30s. And I think she's well-read. I think she checks up on the medications, and she's very good about explaining the medications, how they work. And if you have questions, she's very good at answering questions. So I think she's a keeper. So I will stay with her. And hopefully she will stay with me as my doctor. Thank you very much. Goodbye. Goodbye.

I would never change my RA doctor. There are 3 people just in a short block from me that come here, we should car pool.
