At the er was taken in very quickly. Everyone was very nice and efficient.

Dr. Kothari is great. She takes time to explain and most importantly, listens. I never feel rushed and I get all my questions answered. Discussions about different alternatives are always two sided and resolutions feel like we have looked at all the options. I cannot thank her enough for the way I am treated.

Dr Katharti was very knowlegable and thorough. Very glad she is my new urologist.

It was effective to be able to see the cystoscope on the screen as it was happening I think that provides extra information for patients

Dr Kothari was terrific!! Explained the procedure step by step, she answered all of my questions.

I like all the folks that work for Cooper, biggest complaint is paying parking in the city for services only at hospitals for a person in a fixed income they add up.

Overall a wonderful experience! !

I love that the drs can see my chart and orders from other providers.

The receptionist was so welcoming as I was a littke as I got lost getting there. She calmed my nerves The assistant was very nice as well she let me know Doctor would be in in a few minutes. Dr Katarie (sp). Was in exam room in like two minutes. and was very helpful explain everything to me that I understood. I was very impressed with everything about my visit Thank you

Dr. Kothari was excellent. She took time to explain everything clearly and in plain language. I never felt rushed. She answered every question that I had (and there were many!) She is extremely pleasant and shows that she cares about her work and her patients. I would highly recommend Dr. Kothari to anyone who needed her specialty.

Dr. was professional & welcoming. Feel very confident with her being my physician to resolve my current medical condition. I can't say enough good things about how nice, courteous, and friendly your staff is from the receptionist to Dr. Kothari. Dr. Kothari spent the time I needed with her to explain my condition (I have a few issues going on) and she thoroughly explained the reason and cause of my symptoms for each issue. I don't know what's ahead (pending some test results) but I feel extremely comfortable knowing she is and will be my urologist. Being comfortable with your doctor, in my opinion, is 85% of whatever your diagnosis is. And I feel as though I am in great hands with Dr. Kothari!

Dr. Kothari went out of her way to make sure I understood everything about my condition. She spent the time needed and on several occasions asked if all of my questions were answered. I would not hesitate to see her again if I needed more guidance.

1st, when you start asking questions about "the provider " instead of the doctor, it gets confusing to answer. The doctor I met with is excellent in her bedside manner and explanations.

This has been the easiest appointment I have ever made. Check in was quick at the kiosk, they took me right away. At the end of my appointment, I was greeted and she made my appointment for my follow-up very pleasant. Thank you for making this a great experience
