Good doctor

I am seen by the neurology department at Cooper and I am thrilled with my Neurologist Paola Rayhill. She is compassionate, kind and knowledgeable. She has been treating my migraines for several years now I have had a difficult journey trying to find medications that would work for me together. We have tried multiple drugs and finally found the right combination for me. I am happy to say that I am living a much better life now thanks to my experiences with Cooper neurology. I would like to add that the office staff is also amazing. Everyone treats me as if I am important to them from the PAs to the person that schedules my appointment. Everyone is kind, supportive and works very hard to keep patients happy.

Got great care

The med student was great and very thorough.

She is great she ordered a MRI to make sure my tumor didn't come back. Trying anew medication.

This is not a complaint. The only thing that was not clear was access to the parking lot. It was explained to me so that I'll know for my next visit. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, which made it more comfortable.

The Cooper Glassboro office continues to be the nicest, friendliest of all Cooper offices. I go to multiple offices and there's a difference between them. The office staff at the Glassboro office is the gold standard. Everyone else should train there.

Dr. Rahill is an extraordinary doctor. She never rushes us and listens to our concerns. She takes her time in answering all our questions. We are never made to feel like she isn't concerned.

I have recommended several people with migraine use Cooper Neurology. This is the first time a doctor has taken me seriously with regards to migraine.

EVERYONE at the Glassboro office are a pleasure. You are greeted by staff immediately after entering the office. They are all extremely organized and helpful. They have consent for tx, injections, and authorizations for future visits in order. I have never had an issue with insurance for my injections. When I sign out, the staff is already assuring that I have authorizations.

Paola was awesome for my first appt. I will continue to see her for future visits.

So grateful for a provider that really cares, really listens, and really tries to figure out what can work for my intractable migraines. I would recommend her to anyone that has similar concerns. The staff in front was wonderful as usual, the medical assistants are always friendly, and I can tell this MA was a very hard worker. I also never wait long and the parking lot is very convenient. Can't say enough good things about this office.

I really appreciate the care that Dr. Paola provides. She is always kind, attentive, and takes the time to make sure all of my needs are addressed. During every appointment, she makes me feel comfortable and heard, which helps ease any worries I might have. It's clear that she truly cares about her patients and their well-being, and I am grateful to have her as my neurologist.

This was my first time with this provider. I don't know her well enough to give a 10 for if I would recommend her. But I have no complaints. I was called back 5 mins before my appointment time but I did wait over 30 mins after I was in the room.

You guys were amazing, always are very kind, very supportive, able to get me in and out within 20 minutes, very quick appointments, but also cares about what I have to say and takes time to understand my concerns and, you know, plans for the future. Um, so they guys are very helpful. I don't really have any recommendations on anything you can improve. Just keep doing your thing.

Doctor was great. For our first meeting she understood my concerns, empathized with what I was feeling, and explained what was happening in detail. I certainly didnt feel rushed! The support staff are great some of them recognizing me from other visits in that office. Talked at length with the gent who checked me in/out with him providing great follow-up instructions and advice.
