All the staff were very helpful and kind

Initially, I had not had prior knowledge with this physician, but I was very comfortable after our initial meeting. My position has always been that the actual provider do my surgery, if it were indicated. However, this was my first time having the surgery done by the resident. I felt comfortable because he seemed very knowledgeable and skilled. Also, I was very impressed with the nurse who works with the team. She, too, was knowledgeable and addressed most of my concerns. I did like the interactions of the team

My experience was very frightening with my jaw, but Dr. Dietrich and his team made me feel very comfortable. They took care of everything. They were very kind, explained everything, and I'm very grateful for that.

Great experience. I felt like there were doctors on operation day who I didn't know. Would've liked to have understood there would be other doctors there besides Dr. Paul Dietrick. Otherwise, they were all great from receptionist, to nurses, to the doctors. Also, the patient education about rinsing. I believe it needs to be more clear that you shouldnt swish at all for the first 12 to 24 hours, even if you eat something. And then In a separate paragraph explain when you can't start swishing. Separating that out in the flyer will make it more clear to patients on what to do. Otherwise, I had a great experience.

Great experience from beginning to end. Very kind staff

We were originally scheduled in Voorhees but were moved as a result of a burst pipe. Hopefully that is repaired and they are back to normal operations soon. In the Sewell location, our dental assistant was fabulous. My daughter suffers from anxiety and she made her feel so wonderful about herself. I would love to recognize her (but I don't remember her name). The Doctor was incredible. Presented all information and answered all questions in a way that we could understand. We left feeling very confident in the upcoming procedure(s). I would recommend to everyone.

The staff was fantastic! Every single one. I was bringing my differently-abled adult son for a consult. He is developmentally delayed, has CP, apraxia and is under the Autism umbrella. They were so kind and understanding. And patient. This means so much! !

I was very fortunate to get an appointment with him at the time period that I did. He was very engaging. He explained questions. He listened to my point of view and I was impressed with him and I would certainly recommend him to others who need an evaluation or need services.

The transport company was very late transporting the patient (my handicapped brother) to the appointment. The front desk staff and medical staff were very understanding and caring with him.I truly appreciate how patient and caring everyone was.

Dr. Dietrich was kind, compassionate, and explained everything in detail in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He spent a great deal of time with me and answered all my questions completely.

I've never had a Dr. Speak to me so clearly and answer all of my questions in a way that relieved my worry about my condition. I was very impressed.

There is no need for improvement. The staff was very nice, very well. The doctor is very nice. And I didn't have to wait long at all. Everybody is, everybody, staff, doctors, everybody is so nice, extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone. And there is no need for improvement. Everything there is super, super, super well. No need for improvement.

Very caring and efficient staff

The staff treated me with courtesy and respect.

Everything went well, except for when the nurse/doctors' assistants unsuccessfully attempted to relay information over from the X-Ray machine they used to scan my teeth. This was more of a technical problem, however, rather than human error. Otherwise, everyone I met with treated me well, with dignity and respect.
