Dr. Dietrich was kind, compassionate, and explained everything in detail in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He spent a great deal of time with me and answered all my questions completely.

There is no need for improvement. The staff was very nice, very well. The doctor is very nice. And I didn't have to wait long at all. Everybody is, everybody, staff, doctors, everybody is so nice, extremely nice. I would recommend them to anyone. And there is no need for improvement. Everything there is super, super, super well. No need for improvement.

Everything went well, except for when the nurse/doctors' assistants unsuccessfully attempted to relay information over from the X-Ray machine they used to scan my teeth. This was more of a technical problem, however, rather than human error. Otherwise, everyone I met with treated me well, with dignity and respect.

The doctor was excellent, the wait was an hour and 20 minutes which was unexpected so I wish I was informed of that. The nurse that brought me back and performed my X Rays was phenomenal, very relatable and kind.
