Hi. Wanted to say that she was very attentive. She went above and beyond the time. She really did a nice job listening to all my concerns. It was great to get in last minute and she really took the time to understand my needs. And I really feel like that she went above what I had wanted her to do despite not having all my scans. She patiently waited for them to come through and really guided me well.

Check in staff was wonderfully pleasant and very welcoming. After seeing other Cooper facilities, found it odd that this medical office does not have automatic doors for handicap. While sitting also noticed that carpet is looking worn. Medical care excellent.

The check-in girl was sweet even though I rushed in because I was a few minutes late and she said it's ok, no worries. The nurse noticed that I was quieter than usual and she asked if I was ok. That was so caring of her. Dr. Bruckler is so amazing and while I made an issue sound minor she asked all the right questions and ordered ultrasound to make sure everything it's nothing of concern. Thank you Dr Bruckler and the wonderful staff for being kind, attentive and compassionate for me. I have already recommended others to you.
