I come to the Grove St /Haddonfield office because it is closer to my home. I continue to make appointments at this location because the atmosphere is calm. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and knowledgeable from checking in to checking out. They're fabulous! My nurse, Crystal, was both professional and friendly. She provided quality care prior to me seeing the doctor. Paula is the main reason I return to this office. She's a knowledgeable doctor who provides quality care while making me feel seen and heard. I am grateful to have a doctor like her in this practice. Paula explains my test results and suggest steps to improve my health. She asks me if I have questions and answers them. If there is something I don't understand she explais it. I hope this office continues to offer this level of care.

All from beginning to end was wonderful

This was my first time at the Ripa center I needed to find a new primary care physician due to my office closing. I liked the fact the Ripa center caters to woman only. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, facility was very clean. The NP spent time listening to me and going over my health needs. I was able to schedule another appointment while I was there. I also scheduled a Cardiologist appointment at the same location. It makes it very convenient to have different physicians at one location.

I am so glad Paula is back. And she is wonderful!!!!!! Love this place! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

It was my first visit. Paula spent time to review my chart and explain all that was going on. I felt she was thorough and knowledgeable.

Very happy with Paula. She got me in right away. She addressed every issue and is looking at every possible scenario of what could be wrong. Getting my orders in right away on a STAT order so that I can find out ASAP, what's going on with me. And I did press a two by mistake on one of the questionnaires because I thought there were only two options and didn't realize there were four. So the other one would have been a four. Thank you.

Not so much to the provider as to the process and procedures. I don't think that it is wise or beneficial to send someone to the emergency room if the diagnosis is that the patient is not getting air. The dr office should have the ability to give a breathing treatment or steroid by intervene since I was told that was what was required. So I came from my house to the dr office to be sent to the emergency room. I understand the dr office not being able to do surgical procedures or triage even but a breathing treatment and an IV of steroids . n what is the logic in that. I couldn't even make it to the ER that's me passing by the road to my house. I pulled over a few times made it home and spent the rest of the afternoon using the breathing treatment a few times. No issue with the doctor at all she was very kind, caring and informative. The process is horrible not the doc

I always receive professional and friendly service. <Name. was there to prepare me for my visit with Paula, and give me my flu shot and it did not hurt. My visit with Paula went very well. She took the time to go over all of my records and my medications. Paula answered all of the questions I had on my list. Thanks for the excellent service.

I am so happy I found the Ripper Center. Everyone there, from the staff to the doctors to the technicians, treat you like you are very special and that they care. I haven't experienced that with other physicians. Paula is exceptional. I am so glad she and I found each other.

Paula is the BEST!!! She took her time to evaluate my history which took quite some time & she was so thorough & genuinely cared about what was going on with me. Treated me with dignity & didn't "blow me off" as others have. I tried cut the visit short knowing it was taking a lot of her time (in which most physicians did) but not Paula. She's a godsend! I actually might see a small light at the end of the tunnel & have some hope now I can get the help I need.

I love Paula. I have only been coming to her since July and every encounter is a pleasant one. She makes sure to ask me about every aspect of my health. I do have a lot of medical problems and even though she knows I am being followed closely my specialists she still asks if there's anything that I need or if there is anything that she can do for me. I would recommend Paula to everyone. She is truly a gem and I love being her patient.

I answered one of your questions as Mostly... it was because when I asked for my primary doctor (she did have a cancellation on a day I wasn't available, but her next available wasn't until AUGUST) once I calmed down (sorry) I was told I could have Paula S. who has seen me before and it was perfect. I will remember when Dr. Warner isn't available to ask for NP Schlechter. So far, everyone at this practice has been great!! !
