I had a great experience. The doctor, I mean, my nurse practitioner was running late, but that was definitely explained to me. I didn't have any appointments afterwards, so it wasn't a problem. So again, I give her very high ratings because I think she listened very well, helped explain things when I had questions, and has overall been a really great provider the time I've been seeing her. So I really appreciate her and the rest of the team, too. My medical assistant was really nice, had a great conversation, and kept me calm. So I had a great experience all around for the entire team. I mistakenly pressed a one when it asked about scheduling an appointment time. I've never had a problem when scheduling to see Paula. Paula is phenomenal and very, very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable of healthcare and she takes it very personal and individualize the experience with her. So every answer would be a 10 when it comes to Paula. I just wanted to make that very clear. She's phenomenal. Thank you.

I come to the Grove St /Haddonfield office because it is closer to my home. I continue to make appointments at this location because the atmosphere is calm. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and knowledgeable from checking in to checking out. They're fabulous! My nurse, Crystal, was both professional and friendly. She provided quality care prior to me seeing the doctor. Paula is the main reason I return to this office. She's a knowledgeable doctor who provides quality care while making me feel seen and heard. I am grateful to have a doctor like her in this practice. Paula explains my test results and suggest steps to improve my health. She asks me if I have questions and answers them. If there is something I don't understand she explais it. I hope this office continues to offer this level of care.

All from beginning to end was wonderful

This was my first time at the Ripa center I needed to find a new primary care physician due to my office closing. I liked the fact the Ripa center caters to woman only. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly, facility was very clean. The NP spent time listening to me and going over my health needs. I was able to schedule another appointment while I was there. I also scheduled a Cardiologist appointment at the same location. It makes it very convenient to have different physicians at one location.

I am so glad Paula is back. And she is wonderful!!!!!! Love this place! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Very happy with Paula. She got me in right away. She addressed every issue and is looking at every possible scenario of what could be wrong. Getting my orders in right away on a STAT order so that I can find out ASAP, what's going on with me. And I did press a two by mistake on one of the questionnaires because I thought there were only two options and didn't realize there were four. So the other one would have been a four. Thank you.

Very professional

Not so much to the provider as to the process and procedures. I don't think that it is wise or beneficial to send someone to the emergency room if the diagnosis is that the patient is not getting air. The dr office should have the ability to give a breathing treatment or steroid by intervene since I was told that was what was required. So I came from my house to the dr office to be sent to the emergency room. I understand the dr office not being able to do surgical procedures or triage even but a breathing treatment and an IV of steroids . n what is the logic in that. I couldn't even make it to the ER that's me passing by the road to my house. I pulled over a few times made it home and spent the rest of the afternoon using the breathing treatment a few times. No issue with the doctor at all she was very kind, caring and informative. The process is horrible not the doc
