I arrived about 30 minutes early and was taken in within 10 minutes or about 20 minutes before the actual appointment time. The staff was extremely courteous and professional. Dr. Koren was especially caring and displayed a deep concern for my wellbeing.

This is a well run professional organization at every point of contact, from the nurse at the front desk, to the nurse that took me back to my room, to the nurse that worked with me to make my next appointment, everyone is extremely pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They even took me back 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, which never happens at other Dr's offices. Dr Koren is the best, he's great at what he does, he has a special way about him that makes you feel cared about. He spends the time needed to listen to the issues and develp the proper plan of care.
