I always have a pleasant experience at Woodbury cooper care alliance. I think I've been a patient here about 5 years or so and literally have never had an issue with getting an appointment. I tell everyone I know about it. Open an office in Salem county!

Dr. Rachel Barcella, I feel, or I feel is excellent. I had many questions with my medicine, my care, and she answered each and every one. I did not feel rushed. And in the end, even when we're done, I had one more question, and she took an extra 15 minutes to answer it. And she's very knowledgeable and capable at her job. I would highly recommend Dr. Barcelona. On one of these answers that asked me a one or a two, I put no, I meant to put yes. So if you want to call me back and ask me again, I appreciate it. This is the first time I met with Dr Rachel and she was very pleasant she explained things to me which I was able to understand and I would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

Our only frustration was getting confirmation through the insurance person whether or not routine vaccinations would be covered. The entire staff was so helpful in trying to get answers for us.
