Dr Boccella was very patient & spent a considerable amount of time w me which is very important to me. . She explained everything to me in a way that was understandable. She listened to what I had to say & made me feel really comfortable .

I went for my first visit last week. Everyone from the person that scheduled the appointment to the follow up person, to the medical assistant to the Doctor were very nice, very helpful. It was a pleasant surprise given the fact that most providers really dont care.

Dr. Boccella is amazing! She is caring and compassionate. Easy to talk to. She is very knowledgeable. Our only frustration was getting confirmation through the insurance person whether or not routine vaccinations would be covered. The entire staff was so helpful in trying to get answers for us. They took a lot of time out of their schedule. We did not feel rushed.

Dr Rachel is just awesome. I could not ask for a better doctor. I found her through a flyer in the mail and am very thankful I did. Please give her a raise and tell her she is awesome.

I just want to say that Dr. Boccella is probably one of the most professional and my favorite doctor because I never feel judged by her. And I think more doctors should follow this protocol. Her regular nurse is also amazing and always makes me feel welcome at the facility as well as the front desk staff. That's it. Thank you.
