Rachel Frank, MD

Dr. Frank is a fine physician. She explains issues in a manner that I can understand. She is direct, which I like and also she can be funny which I also like. I am happy to have her as my doctor:))

The Dr. was very informative concerning my health. She went over my recent. Lab work, my upcoming treatments. My problems with my problems with acid reflux.

I may have waited 2 minutes waiting to see her. Dr Frank was very thorough with my care and knew my previous condition taking excellent care and going forward with my further treatment

This was my first experience at Cooper's Cherry Hill facility. It was wonderful. Ample parking, friendly staff and pleasant visit. I have to give a special shout out to the scheduling group. They offered me an earlier appointment due to a cancelation. They were wonderful about changing my time and I was happy they called.

We are so impressed with Dr Frank, that my cousin decided to become Dr Franks patient.

Dr. Frank took the time to go over everything with me and explain in detail.

As a new patient, i was made comfortable after spending some time with Dr. Frank. She explained what tests she was ordering and why. The only downside was if I want her to perform my colonoscopy, i have to wait until April.

I think a lot of this practice. Next time, I will just message to the doctor if I feel I need a appointment sooner. she was very helpful in making that point clear to me. She also told me what to expect in the future.

From messages that I had left in making my appointment, Dr. Frank took it upon herself to switch my appointment, move it up to put it in a more of an emergency state situation, which was, it blew my mind how kind that was because she knew that I was in such distress I would have been happy if my appointment was moved up, you know, an hour, but she moved it up days and I couldn't thank her more. And she absolutely allied all of my fears. She was more than cordial and kind and informative about my condition, my situation.

Dr.Frank can be named as the most caring doctor I have seen in my entire life. When my stomach issues began I was only 17 and was with a different doctor. Since turning 18 I have been in Dr.Frank's care and she is truly a blessing in more than one way. Not only did she help me find comfort in never learning my new medical needs & situations, but she also helped find care for my mental health. After one appointment with her I had another one booked with the people on the 5th floor. Great woman she saw me as an 19 year old in need in more than one way and did all she could to give me comfort. I don't know if anyone would actually read this but she deserves this. Thank you Dr.Frank! !

She is the BEST GASTROENTEROLOGIST DOCTOR that I have seen, and I have seen many!!! I have complicated issues, but she has been able to get to the bottom of them!!! She is wonderful!!!! I have my husband and daughter both seeing her and I just have to get my other daughter who also has complicated issues to her!! I wouldn't see anyone else!!! Like I said SHE IS THE FRIENDLIEST, NICEST AND MOST PLEASANT DOCTOR I THINK I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! She is very good at her job and will not leave any stone unturned!!! She'll figure it out!!!! Shes the best!!! !
