Dr Frank always takes the time to listen to my concerns.

My experience was very good. Everyone treated me with respect and kindness. I would recommend this place. It is very accessible to doctors and everything related to my health.

From messages that I had left in making my appointment, Dr. Frank took it upon herself to switch my appointment, move it up to put it in a more of an emergency state situation, which was, it blew my mind how kind that was because she knew that I was in such distress I would have been happy if my appointment was moved up, you know, an hour, but she moved it up days and I couldn't thank her more. And she absolutely allied all of my fears. She was more than cordial and kind and informative about my condition, my situation.

Dr. Frank is truly outstanding. She gave me a lot of time to describe my symptoms. She was sympathetic and knowledgeable. She offered me excellent solutions and alternatives. She sent me and my PCP a detailed description of my symptoms and her recommendations that will help me greatly in deciding my treatments. I would recommend her to anyone with a GI problem.

It was my first time seeing Dr. Frank and I loved her. Other members of my family recommended her and we all trust her.

Dr.Frank can be named as the most caring doctor I have seen in my entire life. When my stomach issues began I was only 17 and was with a different doctor. Since turning 18 I have been in Dr.Frank's care and she is truly a blessing in more than one way. Not only did she help me find comfort in never learning my new medical needs & situations, but she also helped find care for my mental health. After one appointment with her I had another one booked with the people on the 5th floor. Great woman she saw me as an 19 year old in need in more than one way and did all she could to give me comfort. I don't know if anyone would actually read this but she deserves this. Thank you Dr.Frank! !

She always care about me the person even when I was in a different hospital being treated like crap she was still there for me and reaching out on my behalf. That makes a great doctor.

My visit with Dr. Frank was excellent. I was treated with the utmost respect and care. I was referred to other agencies to assist me with both my social needs and transportation needs. Dr. Frank covered in plain language the procedures that I will be going through. Overall, it was a great experience.

Dr. Frank does not talk AT you. She engages in conversation and answers questions to ease your mind.

I originally couldn't get an appointment till June. There was a cancelation and I got moved up. Dr. Frank and her team took everything I said very seriously and worked to figure out the next steps to helping me feel better. Everyone in the office was so friendly and the scheduling staff has been fantastic.

The best care given!

Everyone courteous and helpful across the board. Dr Frank made me feel comfortable. She showed genuine concern and was thorough with questions and answers and exam. Gave good advice on my meds and timing to help relieve my pain. Have CT scan & EGD scheduled to investigate cause more thoroughly. She is an A#1 doctor. You are lucky to have her in your medical group.
