It must be a thriving practice considering it was difficult to get an appointment at an earlier time, i waited over a month for my appointment. The parking lot was full so I needed to park elsewhere. It seemed well stocked with amenities and the staff were very courteous. Everything was clean and neat and easy to find, like the bathroom and the check out counter

I'm glad I went to the hospital follow up visit as I still had coughing/ lung symptoms and she prescribed an inhaler and Prednisone which I think is already working.

My visit on [Date] was exceptional from the check-in process, to the young lady who took my vitals, and my visit with Dr. Masel-Miller as always was great. She is easy to talk to. Is on top of what doctors I need to make appointments with. A great listener. And the young lady who I checked out with was very helpful as well. The staff at the Ripa Center are all amazing!

I had space to sit and relax before my appointment. The check-out person explained the info for my next appointment.

This was my first visit with Dr. Masel-Miller as my previous primary doctor, Dr Wetzel, moved. I was amazed with how everyone in this office (from the time I entered the waiting room) was so congenial and welcoming! I was even offered water or coffee while I waited to be seen. When I was called back to the exam room, the medical assistant, Lonnie, was also so kind and attentive to me. I felt comfortable and at ease with Dr Masel-Miller as her approach was professional with a sense of compassion and attentive to my every concern. I couldn't be happier with my experience at this office. Thank you!

The immediate introduction as soon as you enter the facility. Waiting room time is under 10 minutes. Dr Miller is AMAZING!

Just love the RIPA CENTER and the excellent care my my doctor and the Staff.

Although I understand this is a teaching institution and delays may occur when a resident is following an attending, almost an hour wait every time I come in is extremely frustrating. I really enjoy and trust my provider, but the wait sometimes is ridiculous for primary care. I suggest 40-minute physical appointments.

My primary care Dr. R. Miller and the Voorhees office are great.

I wasn't expecting to be seen, I thought I would be referred to urgent care. I appreciate the same-day appointment.

Accommodating personal needs: thank you for the hot green tea while I was waiting, so comforting on a cold blustery day when I was feeling unwell, and it makes time pass so if it was 15 or more min, I wouldn't know; I'm hearing impaired, and Dr RMM also lets me sit in chair near her rather than on table. Still don't know if it's a cold or allergies, just praying for warmer weather to be more comfortable.

I always receive the best treatment and care when I visit the Ripa Center of Voorhees.

Every time I use the portal with a medical question or request for prescriptions, they're extremely reactive and they get back to me same day and sometimes just no more than an hour later and it's awesome.

Staff is always kind polite and professional. Keeping me abreast of time constraints.
