Yes, from the time that I arrived at my appointment with Dr. Patel, the receptionists were very kind. They greeted me when I walked in. Even when the one receptionist was having issues with her machine to take my copayment, she was able to ask a coworker to help me who was just as equally nice and kind. And then when I was taken to the back, the nurses and assistants were friendly. They made it very comfortable to be seeing a cardiologist for the first time. And then Dr. Patel explained everything in regards to the diagnostics that I had for that day. So it made for a very pleasant appointment.
