Dr Ralph is so explanatory and fast and left me feeling so well about future medication with a handshake and nurse teasing set your feelings so good that my high blood pressure was perfect

It was a great experience, Doctor explained my knee exray so that I understood the situation. 2 cortisone shots later relieved my knee pain.

From the doctor's office to the hospital and back, everyone was very pleasant. I haven't been treated that well in quite a long time. A great caring staff. The doctor is very informative. They have you at heart. They listen to you when you speak to them. And the nurses at the hospital, fabulous, over the top. Great caring people. I was very pleased with my experience. I would recommend it to a friend anytime to get this same procedure done with your staff.

A positive experience, was very happy over all with the group.

Experience was fine. But I did not go to get them to give me warm fuzzy feeling. The PA took out 50ccs of fluid from my knee & he did that well. Then we discussed the next move. Very professional and efficient. The question do not make sense to me.

I am a pt of Dr Micheal's but usually see his PA, Ralph. I feel Ralph explains a lot about my knees and due to his PT experience, he guides me with certain exercises.

Everyone is very friendly. Initially I couldn't get an appointment for a week or so. The office realized I wanted it sooner and they called when Ralph said he could make a couple booking work. Thank you.

The only problem was that I was scheduled with a Dr that doesn't do what I needed they fairly seamlessly put me in with a PA which as a Dr I was not at first impressed with but the PA I saw was excellent and I'm glad I stayed for the appt

Still have questions but not necessarily due to provider's explanation Just a lot to consider practice was very prompt on providing me with appointment after we contacted following a trip to urgent care (was able to come in for checkup/evaluation the next day)
