Every nurse and staff member was polite and respectful. All my questions and concerns were answered in full detail. Thank you Cooper staff for your help making me feel so welcomed.

My experience was totally 100% higher than I expected! Why ? I experienced total outstanding points, such as: Interest in my medical difficulties, outstanding conversations, listened to my talking in a relaxed environment,offered a summary of her awareness of my medical, emotional, and age, needs,and addressed all to my comfort, offered a plan of working on my various needs related to any possible ways to improve my needs. I could go on.... I am so impressed with her many professional and personal traits that I am excited and now hopefull in this experience.

Dr. lotano is the best dr. I have been going to her for over 20 yrs and she has helped me with all of my health problems over the years. She has even called me on a sunday to see how i was feeling. She is very carring and sincere.

I love my doctors that I see at Cooper. If I didn't like them, I would not see them again, but I'm very satisfied with both of my doctors, doctor latano and doctor brotman.

Dr. Lotano is excellent as are staff

Earlier this year, I spent a week in the hospital at Cooper. First in the ICU, then down to a regular room. I have had such good experiences with Cooper that I intend to get all my medical care from the Cooper organization from now on. The nurses are awesome, Dr. Hogue is wonderful, and Doctor Latino was great yesterday so happy to have found a system that reminds me of how we were treated by doctors and hospitals when I was growing up. Please please keep up the great work!! Thank you so much.

Dr Lotano was very professional and listened to all my symptoms carefully. I would like to follow through with the testing. I actually like this Cherry Hill facility. Having all the specialists under one roof is a plus. The nurse was fabulous, very kind , that sure helps a great deal. Front desk girl was wonderful too!

Dr. Lovato addressed every concern I had and answered it concisely and I feel more confident about improving my well-being. I look forward to working with her in the future.

I appreciated the level of professionalism shown and that I felt comfortable with discussing my concerns at the appointment. I also appreciate that my needs and concerns were addressed.

Dr. Letano is always very responsible and answers all my questions. And I didn't have to wait near as long since I took a late afternoon appointment, but she always has helped me in any way she can. And if she ever stopped practicing, I don't know what I would do. That's all, she's wonderful.

The staff at the sign in desk were very friendly. The inner office staff were very professional towards patuents.

I was extremely impressed with Dr Lotano's knowledge and her willingness to go above and beyond to make sure I receive the appropriate treatment.

Dr Lotano is exceptional. I've worked at many hospitals having been in health care for over 40 years. I directly interact with physicians everyday. There are very few that come close to her.

Dr Lotano is very compassionate in helping me understand what's going on with my health. She's always ready to help me in any way from listening to my concerns and answering my questions. She makes me feel important and I appreciate it so much.

They had a fire drill while we were waiting. Evacuation was performed well.

My visit was post hospitalization ang their office fit me in nicely and i am very appreciative of them.
