I just want to say something about the provider, Rebecca Semenoff. She is always very personal and caring and makes me feel like she is all the time in the world for me. She never rushes me. She's an amazing person. And I'm so blessed and great to have her as my provider.

I arrived earlier than my appointment time, and was ready to wait, but they took me earlier.

Rebecca was wonderful. She's very professional. She explained everything to me and I would highly recommend her. Thank you.

The provider was fine. However, Cooper and MD Anderson have been singularly the worst health care system I have dealt with in 40 years. Your operational failings are astounding.

Very happy with how thorough Rebecca was in explaining the importance of the appt. I was unprepared for an exam, and she was very respectful in explaining the reason and I could pass at this appt. I agreed to the exam the next time. I thought the appt was only to review bloodwork, there was miscommunication as to what to expect as this was my first appt with the Nurse Practitioner.

Rebecca always listens to my questions and concerns. We discuss them in detail and she always provides me information and resolve that I'm happy with.

Parking in Camden location is a nightmare. Everything else was wonderful.

Rebecca is the best. I have been with her since my remission on [Date] 021. She is patient, kind and understanding. I believe she honestly cares about me. There is nothing fake about her. I always feel like I'm holding her up and try to let her go to get what she has to get done but she always tells me to relax and makes time for me and never makes me feel rushed. And I believe she cares about me genuinely as a patient. When my husband passed away she showed more empathy than my own friends did. I feel grateful and blessed to have her in my life. She sees me as a person and not just another patient with cancer. I know she truly cares and I know she means every single word that comes out of her mouth. I wish there were a hundred more of her because everybody deserves to have a Rebecca Semanoff.
