Dr Vattasseril was wonderful. He was respectful, professional, asked many questions, reviewed EGD and colonoscopy findings with me. Made some recommendations for my medication administration times and ordered an UGI study to further understand the causes of my persistent GER despite medication to manage it. I appreciated his kindness, sincerity, and expertise.

I needed an appointment after a hospital stay so I called the office. The first appointment was 7 weeks away. The office staff said they would put me at the top of the cancellation list and the following morning called with an appointment in four days. I appreciated how they responded so quickly.

Dr. Renji and his staff were wonderful. My o my disappointment- and NOT their fault was the prep the was ordered for the colonoscopy cost me $95!!! Considered a tier IV prescription under my Medicare supplement plan. A lot of out of pocket expense!

It was very nice. The appointment was easy to get because it was a follow up from 2 visits to the ER over the weekend. The Dr checked my new feeding tube told me to get in touch with the that sends me my medication to send him a new prescription form. My rx is done in December. He also said I should to get an appointment with a nutrition specialist to see if I can receive additional liquid medication added to my tube feeding

Yes, he explained the process to me very clearly. He talked to me about some other stuff, my blood pressure, and explained that to me a little bit, where that didn't happen before. He taught me about the process and procedure. So I think he did good up to that point. I've only been there once, so I can't really go into long form, but from my brief experience, I thought it was pretty good.
