Everyone was great

Dr Cha, was exceptionally informative. Gave us the information in layman terms so that we could understand it better. Dr. was personable, Dr Cha has a very nice bedside manner.

Over all everything was very satisfied

everyone from check-in to check out is wonderful, welcoming and considerate. They all have a wonderful smile and upbeat tone in their voice. We enjoy coming to Morristown because of the atmosphere of openness. Great place to visit and great doctor to see.

Excellent place and provider

Dr Cha is the first doctor that actually listens! For a week of ER doctors and inpatient doctors, no one was listening to what I had to say about what I am experiencing. About the pain and exertion chest pain I was having. I met with Dr Cha 2 days after being discharged with no heart help. (Great help with my BP though). Dr cha took time during my first time with him. He listened to me. I felt heard for what I was experiencing. He ordered a heart cath personally introduced me with the office manager to get that scheduled and followup with him a month following. I'm hear today because of that procedure. They found a full block in my RCA. And I'm grateful for listening to what I was experiencing to what was needed to be done. My followup was the same exact experience. I have soreness and it's constant in my chest. Dr Cha didn't discount what I'm feeling and even though all tests are showing fine My experience is saying something different . I felt listened again. I am so appreciative of the human side of Dr Cha and the moments of listening to what we experience and what help is needed for that experience! Thank you for saving my life Dr Cha!

I have been going to Dr. Cha for several years, and I have the utmost confidence in him as my cardiologist. I am having some heart issues now, and he and Dr. Ortmann have been working together to help me with my heart problem.

Everyone is lovely

From check in to check out, the staff is pleasant and cheerful, especially the younger people (anyone under 30).

Everyone was pleasant and professional. The Dr. Explained everything for me to understand and made positive recommendations.

Dr. Cha and his staff were knowledgeable, accurate and personable. My difficulty and concern with Cooper is the phone and computer systems. They are VERY DIFFICULT AND FRUSTRATING. They cause much CONCERN AND FEAR when having to contact my doctors, their staff, and others in the Cooper system.

They are very responsible.

The experience was quite satisfactory. Check-in easy. No wait time. Friendly techs. Doctor addressed my questions. However, about this survey: some of the questions are ridiculous. For example, did I feel I was treated as a unique person I am the patient and everyone was just doing their jobs. Modern day medicine in the US is structured so that patients sometimes feel like a collection of body parts rather than a whole person.
