Thoughtful, explanatory, caring and a smile

This was my first time meeting with Dr. Sharkas. He's a new neurologist for me and I was extremely impressed with him. I was taken immediately. I was given an appointment with him the next day after my phone call. He came in, he listened to everything I had to say, he asked all the right questions and he responded in a way that I could understand. I'm very, very impressed with him and can't wait to continue on with him as my physician.

Dr. Sharkas was excellent, made me feel comfortable, explained everything well. The only problem I had was they sent me the wrong address for his office in Morristown. Morristown. I think it was West or something or North instead of West. Whatever was the wrong one and that's why I was 15 minutes late. But he's an excellent doctor. One of the best doctors I've ever seen, to be honest with you. Thank you.

When I got to the office, everybody was really kind and very helpful, getting me to where I needed to go. And the doctor that I have, I've seen him a couple of times and he's new to me. And I'm not really fond of going to the doctor, but I found that going to Dr. Sharkas has really, that's helped me a lot. And I'm glad I reached out and seeing him.

This was my first visit with Dr. Charkis. The office staff was outstanding with helping me to get paperwork understood, etc. And Dr. Charkis himself was one of the most compassionate, kind, and understanding professionals that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting for health. My mom was completely at ease. He was respectful of my mother, asked all questions to her, and was respectful of me being able to answer some things when she couldn't, but was definitely treating her as the patient, which is what she was, and I was so impressed.
