Dr. Simons is professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and simply the best. He explains everything thoroughly and in Laymans terms. I already have recommended him to everyone I know. His staff is always very friendly. But Dr. Simons is also very comforting. I've went into office a couple times in tears between pain and fear of surgery, and he set my mind at ease. He is the only surgeon I will have work on my stomach.

Once I got taken back, I was thanked for my patience waiting for my appointment and got an explanation for why it was running late. It would have been ideal to have been updated in the waiting room but it wasn't a big deal.

Everything went smoothly. Everyone introduced themselves which is very rare and very appreciated.

This was my initial visit with Dr Simons. Dr Simons was extremely thorough in explaining the reasons for my health issue and the surgery to repair the issue. He has a polite manner and was very attentive to all of my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable with his recommendations and with continuing with Dr Simons for my health issue.

I saw Dr Simons years ago but never followed up. ( wasn't interested in surgery at the time, and I wasn't having any problems.) I cannot say enough good things about how kindly I was treated, and how patiently Dr Simons took the time to listen to me. The ancillary staff was top notch and I'm so glad I came back. I have worked for and been a patient at, a competing healthcare organization. I am happy to choose Cooper.
