I'm very, very, very grateful for the help you give. You're useful with somebody at the door, so if you have bags or like a wheelchair or a stick, if anybody could help. But aside from that, I know you're very busy, but aside from that, everything you do is spots on. So thank you very much.

Everything went very well, As soon as I got off the elevator I only waited about 2 minutes to go to the back and my NP came in within 5 minutes after.

Robin, that was Dr. Kleiner's nurse, was absolutely excellent. She was one of the best providers that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. She's professional, she's considerate, great bedside manner, someone I would literally recommend to give kudos to and deserves every bit of credit that she can. She's excellent. I would definitely recommend her.

This provided much reassurance that I was healing/recovering as expected without complications.
