Everyone was friendly and put me at ease right from the moment I entered the door. My appointment was right on time. Robin Miller took her time with me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend her and Cooper to anyone needing care.

I saw Dr. Robin Miller only once. I asnwered, "Sometimes" to most of the Survey questions for that reason. Dr. Miller asked questions, was thorough, informative and helpful in her explainations as to what brought me to her office.

Couldn't give much info it was the first time that my husband and I met the doctor. The dr we had before left and it was our first visit with this dr. Hoping to be able to get appointments with her a little closer together than 3 months. She was very open and knowledgeable about our problems and assured me she would be able to help us

Dr. Explain well and did not ask to do upper GI yet. Doing other tests first. She was very nice.

Robin is not aloof at all. Very personable and has a great sense of humor. I enjoyed meeting her and value her medical abilities.

Hi, I just wanted to say how much I love the RIPA Women's Center. I think it's a wonderful idea. All the staff was wonderful, great experience. Robin will not be able to see me on a regular basis because I'm out of her area of expertise, but she still was able to help me, get me where I needed to go, took care of all my needs. I'm so, so highly impressed with her and really, really appreciated her help. And I wanted to say how much I would see her if I could. If she was in my area of expertise, I absolutely would go to her regularly. Highly, highly recommend her. Highly recommend the Women's Center. This was my first time at this office and seeing Robin Miller. I was running behind for my appt due to a road closure in Haddonfield that my GPS couldn't figure out (I did call to let the office know). I was greeted so warmly when I arrived and taken back quickly. Robin was very caring and thorough and asked a lot of questions to help figure out what was going on with my current health situ. I can't say enough great things about this office!

My provider, nurse practitioner Robin Miller was very good and very satisfied with her. The questions that I was just asked to answer in this customer satisfaction survey really didn't cover my real beef with Cooper, which is communication. It's impossible to get a hold of somebody directly without having to go through the main phone number for schedulers or I can't reach my provider. And I had important questions regarding my health that had me concerned and I really felt like I was left out in the wind because I just can't call and get my provider directly, even not through MyChart or any other way. So for that reason, I'm thinking of switching to outside of Cooper Health System. I really do think you need to work on your communication platform. I want to have a provider where I can contact that provider without bothering.

Doctor Miller kept my hopes up and gave me excellent instructions on taking care of my self and things are working out very well. Thank you Doctor Miller!

This was my first visit to the new building and with Robin Miller. The building is phenomenal. Ms.Miller the epitome of professional. She was courteous and patient. Reviewed my concerns and offered exceptional remedy for my post menopausal condition.
