Staff treated me with care. Dr ROC listening to me and answered all my questions.

Very good service when you need it, accurate information and care about the patient, but you have to keep yourself informed on questions you want/need to ask. Nurses there always very helpful 100%

I appreciate how in depth the whole Cooper team is going to insure the care of my son is meant. This whole situation with my son happen all of sudden, and I did not understand what was going on with my child. Took him to virtua for the initial care and was sent home with my child with unanswered questions and him in severe pain. Less than 2 hours of being sent home from there , I rushed him to coopers e.r and ALL of my questions was answered to the T. Even the silly questions I asked out of fear. And it continued with DR Rock going above and beyond to not only build a personal connection with him but with me as well. Thanks so much Cooper.

They came out, they addressed us, they helped us step by step understand exactly what was going on. He listened, he didn't talk at us, he understood everything I was saying, he communicated with my son clearly. Everybody on board communicated with me and my son with respect and clearly and helped us through the whole process step by step by step. They were kind, they were welcoming, they assisted us. The lady helped me with the call feed. It was, I'll give it a 10. Definitely a 10. Definitely.
