My first visit with this provider/after moving into this area. Rose was caring, answered all my questions, covered all my concerns and my health history. She also set me up with future health items: blood drawn, mammogram and dermatology recommendations.

Overall experience was great. I just wish the appointment making process was a little more direct. My needs were fairly immediate and it took two calls to get through to the office I wanted to get to. (First call was disconnected after speaking with two different people). That said, I was able to see a provider within a couple hours and am grateful for that level of service.

Rose is always kind and considerate and talks to me about everything Concerning my health. I feel the staff is also kind And caring.

At 10:30 at night, I just happened to get the last appointment for the following day and was very surprised and happy. I was also told that there is a doctor on call for a possible telemedicine appointment every night until 8, which I never knew!

I just met Dr Rose for the first time I felt extremely comfortable with her . I normally don't feel comfortable with a Dr the first time but with her it was easy to talk to and get along. I already recommend her to a few family members.

Not my normal provider, but Rose was worth seeing. It was a very positive experience. She quickly identified the issue(s) & resolution. I feared that I might have to go to Urgent Care or even worse the ER. Instead, I got an appt. at my normal GP's group so all my records were available. I really appreciate the steps Cooper has taken to provide good coverage when I need it!

Have been seeing Rosemary ("Rose") for the past 13 or so years - since way before she came to Cooper - and have stuck with her due to the comprehensive and wonderful care she provides, her kind bedside manner, and the way she makes you feel like a unique individual rather than just another number in a healthcare organization/setting. She has always proven to be compassionate, caring, responsive, knowledgeable and open to questions. She is one of those doctors/providers that does not need to constantly look at your chart to remember you or what your conditions are. My whole family does see her at Cooper Care Alliance and I would recommend family, friends and anyone looking for a great PCP, to see Rosemary!

Nurse Rosemary was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortably with her. If Dr. Hasbun retire, I want her to be my primary. Her secretary was also attentive to me as a patient. The entire staff were proficient.
