I knew from the very first visit that I would be coming back. I appreciate that she remembered ME. She remembered our previous conversations. She remembered that one of my daughters was in school to be a Veterinarian and that honestly made ME feel special. I can tell she takes pride in serving her job and makes it a point to remember the small details & not just about our health. I appreciate how she listens, offers solutions & support. I'm 43, and have seen many a doctor in my time and Ruth is one of them. I love that she is knowledgeable, honest and caring. I'm so glad my daughters are seeing her as well. Her staff (the staff) has always been polite, respectful and helpful! The times I have been there they are always smiling and immediately greet you when yo arrive and leave. My last visit, a Hispanic young lady ( please forgive me, I do not remember her name) but she reallllly made my day. She said to me, where are you going today looking all nice. I immediately smiled because she noticed. I intentionally go my self dressed up to go my appointment because I had been battling depression for awhile after been laid off. I don't go out much but that day I made it point to look nice. And she noticed, which made me feel good. She didn't have to say that and she didn't know that I needed to hear that. It's a phrase that I love which says something like be kind because we are all just walking each other home ( I paraphrased it) but that visit made me think of it because the environment they created for me heartfelt. Sorry for the rambling but I wanted to speak from the heart. ?

Dr. Hanenberry was a wonderful person. She answered all of my questions and my concerns. I would definitely recommend her to anyone else. Thank you.

Dr. Hennebery's method of care should be used as educational example for every provider and I hope to see a new generation of doctors practicing with the same compassion and professionalism. Dr. Hennebery built rapport, actively listened to questions, communicated clearly, and provided information in a respectful and educational manner that maintained the patient's dignity. Dr. Hennebery was thorough and attentive throughout the appointment, and managed the appointment time effectively, and most importantly, without rushing or giving the patient the impression that they were an inconvenience. In nearly two decades of receiving gynecological care, Dr. Hennebery is the first doctor that has provided exceptional, quality care, rather than just marginally providing adequate care that covers the bare necessities. Dr. Hennebery is well deserved of recognition for their efforts and should be held as the example that other providers should strive to emulate. Furthermore, the fact that Dr. Hennebery simply provided the care that every patient should experience and did not have to go above and beyond to ellicit such a positive review, speaks volumes of the poor state of patient care the majority of providers find adequate. I sincerely hope that Dr. Hennebery continues to lead by example to their colleagues and in their field, and that there is more change to meet these standards of patient care seen across the medical community in coming years.

Made me feel comfortable and well informed

The doctor was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. She answered all my questions good and bad. It was my first time seeing her and I'm considering changing to be her patient permanently if she'll have me.

The doctor can really make an unpleasant experience as light and informative as possible. She also did a great job guiding the medical student during the exam.

I love Dr. Hanna Berry. She is one of my favorite and most trusted physicians. I will highly recommend her to anyone if she has any room for new appointments. But other than that, I'll keep her all to myself.

The front desk staff, doctor, and her assistant nurse were both amazing! Very friendly and made me feel very comfortable! Listened to my questions and concerns and gave me such a better overall experience than the last place I was going. They felt much more relatable and understanding as well. And I had an IUD placed and Dr. Hanneberry followed up with me a few hours later to see how I was feeling which I really appreciated! Thank you for a good experience as a new and now on-going patient. I will highly recommend!

I am a very anxious person. I was made to feel comfortable. My Physician really took time to really listen and answer all my questions and I had many. I came away from my appointment glad I went to it. She was very knowledgeable and generously shared it.

I love my whole Cooper and MD Anderson team. I would not be here if it wasn't for each and every one of them. My family and I are more than grateful.

Dr. Henneberry was extremely helpful, expressed her concerns for my heath, and we mapped out a plan for my upcoming procedure. She definitely put my mind at ease and had me feeling like there would be a light at the end of the tunnel. I wish I didn't have to wait 6 weeks for my appointment with her, but the wait to meet her was well worth it. I am finally looking forward to seeing results for my issues.

For the first time in many years I felt heard. My first appointment was eye opening and the medication that's Dr hennenbury prescribed has been life changing for me! This appointment was my follow up. And again, I felt heard and her willingness to help means a great deal to me. I will follow her wherever she goes!

I have NEVER had as wonderful of an experience that I had on Thursday. From walking in, to walking out. I felt cared for, I cannot tell you the major differences between Cooper and Axia. This was my first time using Cooper. Axia stopped taking UHC, so I had to find a different doctor. I'm so happy I did. Dr Hanberry is an excellent Doctor. The best bedside manner I have ever recieved.
