Dr. Mama is a kind and understanding person. I did not mind waiting to see him because I know he takes the time to explain everything and answer questions. The fact that he personally scheduled my surgery and ordered all of my labwork, along with my presurgical appointment, is so comforting. He is a gem of a person and I wish everyone was just like him in treating people with kindness and compassion.

Doctor Mama is an amazing doctor. He talks in terms that are easy to understand. He takes his time with you and make sure you understand everything. He has helped me immensely in the last several years, since I became aware of him and this practice. I hate to see him being semi retired, but I think he earned it.

From the start I was greeted very nicely. Doctors assistant was very pleasant and nice. My doctor was very nice and explain things wonderful very easy to understand and I will follow his directions.

Dr. Mama exceeded my expectations BY FAR. I was nervous to have a male pediatric gynecologist for my daughter, but he was so gentle and caring and professional! He completely eliminated my anxiety and biases! He originally thought that my daughter was currently experiencing an ovarian torsion, but when he realized she was there as a follow up, he still gave us his undivided attention and thorough explanations. My family and I are so grateful for Dr. Mama's care and expertise.

my doctor was very empathetic and compassionate. i felt pushed away by other medical professionals and like my medical concerns weren't being addressed nor heard and never got proper treatment. my doctor not only listened but validated my feelings as a woman and person, and my medical experiences as well as provided me with a treatment plan that would address my issues and not overlook them. for the first time i actually felt i would have a solution and felt safe and cared for

Dr. Mama was very, very open to listening to everything that I had to say and explained everything to me. Made me feel much better, and this was a post-surgery visit, and it really made me feel like he cared about every aspect of how I was feeling and looked forward to my betterment. Thank you all.

Hello, I'm 50 years old and I went in to see Dr. Mama for a bleeding problem. I'm a uterine, well, a uterine bleeding problem. And he is one of the most wonderful doctors I have ever encountered in my 50 years. He explained everything really well. He put me at ease, got me on a treatment plan, explained my options, inquired about my spouse. He was really absolutely amazing. Took his time and I left feeling knowledgeable and informed. Dr. Mama is very caring. I didnt feel rushed. He took the time to address all my questions. I am scheduled to have surgery with him next week and although I am a ball of anxiety about the surgery he has done his very best to try and put my feelings at ease. Prior to this appointment he also called me to answer some more questions that i had. We not only chose him because of his impressive background, knowledge and experience but also his bed side manner. His staff is also great. Nice clean, organized facility.

My last appointment in March was amazing. I only had to wait maybe five minutes before seeing Dr. Mama, and the front desk staff was very, very capable and friendly. They even helped me with directions before I got there. And as usual, my appointment with Dr. Mama was very comprehensive. My appointment went well! !

Since I knew I'd be talking with Dr. Mama about surgery for my prolapses, I had many written questions about what type of procedure and concerns I had about my incompetent cervix and redundant colon and how that might impact the surgery. Dr. Mama went through my list of questions and addressed them all. He is very thorough and patient with me and explains things that I might not have even thought of.

I was impressed with Doctor Mama Unfortunately, not Cooper Hospital due to very poor treatment in the past, which I didn't bring attention to. This was my second time being treated bye this referred specialist. His professional clean demeanor and communication was top tier and he appears to come across as non judgemental . His support staff was very helpful. Overall the doctor and his assistant made a very very uncomfortable examination as comfortable as possible during the whole process. Dr Mama is definitely a standout asset to Cooper Hospital and the community.
