It's just a shame that there is always a wait over a half an hour. It's not the provider's fault that he takes the necessary time to see a patient maybe the scheduling department needs to adjust the allotted time for an office visit. I heard an older patient in the hall complaining that nobody cared about his time and how long he was waiting and the woman assisting said maybe you should talk to the doctor about it and he responded no I don't I need to find another doctor

I was able to get into the doctor very quickly because there was a cancellation. Otherwise, I would've had to wait months. I have to wait four months for my next appointment because he is so busy. I understand why he is. He's very compassionate, professional and listens to everything that you say.

Everyone is great from the minute you walk in the door until you are done checking out.

I just want to say that I'm very happy with the doctors that I have in Cooper Hospital.

I always learn so much from Dr. Giordano about nutrition and medications. His knowledge about his field is very impressive, and visits to see him have been very helpful to me. The fact that he is both caring and friendly is a plus!

Yes, Dr. Giordano and his staff were very helpful in changing my original appointment due to illness. So they arranged not much longer, possibly a day or two later, to do a telehealth. Dr. Samuel Giordano said specifically a time he would be there. I was notified 10 minutes. It would be a little delay and he came on in 10 minutes and spent as ample amount of time as I needed, answered all my questions. And in the future I would do telehealth again, but I do enjoy his camaraderie and his style and his comfort around patients, particularly myself. So I would highly recommend Dr. Samuel Giordano. He's a wonderful man, compassionate, and very concerned about my well-being. Thank you.
