I have never had a bad experience at Cooper.There is no other health care agency that I can compare Cooper with. The staff at Cooper actually put me at ease on each visit.

Every doctor, nurse, and Cooper Staff, has treated me with the most great care and compassion. I truly believe that every physician,& nurses that is involved with my cancer treatments, are touched by God. I'm so grateful and blessed that I chose Cooper MD Anderson Hospital

Everything the provider did was done in great detail, explained everything to me that I could understand it. Excellent, excellent experience. Can't wait to see him again, go over the materials he gave me to do. Forward to that.

Dr Hardy spent a significant amount of time w my family and myself. He was compassionate and caring and listened!! He even checked up on me the next night w a personal phone call.

Everyone at Cooper whether you're there or on a phone call with someone making an appointment or asking for a refill everyone is happy to accommodate, professional and makes you feel like they care

I always feel heard at Dr. Holly's office. His staff are kind and compassionate and so is he. I don't feel rushed. I don't feel like just another patient. He looks at you and listens and talks with you. Doctors like him are happy spots in my cancer journey.

Dr Hardy & the nurse Marge were really both very nice. We really appreciated their professionalism & kindness. We also appreciated how he explained everything in easy to understand terms.

I feel like they found all the most compassionate and caring medical staff members and placed them all in one building! MD Anderson have the best staff I ever came across in my 49 years of living and my 25 years working in the medical field. Thank you for making a difference in so many lives.
