The only problem is that sometimes it's hard to get an appointment. But the office does the very, I feel, does the very best they can in trying to get you in when they've got to get you in and realizing whether it's something that can wait a couple of days or something that immediately needs help. I have to say we've always been satisfied. We love Dr. Roy. We have met some of the other providers and they've been great too. So yeah, we would recommend them. The only downside to recommending, it gets harder, the more people you have, the harder it is to get an appointment with who you want. This seems like a very long minute and I'm usually not at a loss for words. But as you can see from how we rated, we're very pleased.

It is always a pleasure when I have a doctor's visit with Dr. Roy. He is not only knowledgeable, he is compassionate and very helpful and I recommend him to anybody.

I always feel very good about the care I receive from my doctor and from everyone at the office. I am able to get an appointment for my 6 month follow ups but must make them far in advance. It isn't easy to get an appointment otherwise though because the calendars are so full. I trust my doctor and that is such a valuable thing.

Dr. Roy is an exceptional physician. He is kind and patient and very knowledgeable. He treats his patients with care and respect.

There's not enough space here to say what I like while being cared for by Dr. Roy, but what I will say is he ads value to your organization everything about him is Top from his care to his communication, listening, he doesn't miss a beat, he is the reason I drive 100+ miles each way to Cooper, I simply Love my Dr. Roy, the broke the mold after him! The front office is to be commended for their quick responses, when I called from a lab for faxes. They were sent almost immediately and saved me the trouble of needing to make another appointment to go back to lab. It was very much appreciated. Very good staff.
